This Military Base houses the First Brigade (Eerste Brigade) containing different units, regiments and companies of the Belgian Army, among others: the Company "Driving-School North", a tank batallion (2/4 Regiment Lansiers), the Regiment Carabiniers-Grenadiers, the Center for Medical Operations (Centrum voor Medische Operaties Nr 1, CMO1), a commando unit (8/9 Linie), a batallion logistics (18 Bataljon Logistiek), an infantry batallion (Regiment Bevrijding - 5 Linie), a scout or recce batallion (1JP or 1 Jagers te Paard - Gidsen).
